By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using Lumivue (“the Application”), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
License. Lumivue grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes. The Application, including its source code, design, and branding, is the intellectual property of Lumivue and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
User Responsibility. Lumivue is a media player application. It does not provide, host, stream, link to, or distribute any media content. Users must supply their own IPTV service credentials and are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to access any content through their chosen provider. You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws when using the Application.
Prohibited Use. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, redistribute, or resell the Application. You may not use the Application in any manner that violates applicable law or infringes on the rights of any third party.
No Warranty. The Application is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lumivue and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Application, regardless of the theory of liability.
Termination. Lumivue reserves the right to revoke your license to use the Application at any time, without notice, if you violate these terms or use the Application for any unlawful purpose.
Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Application. If you are under this age, you may only use the Application with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Governing Law. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.
Changes to Terms. Lumivue reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Lumivue is designed with privacy as a core principle. The Application does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers.
No Data Collection. Lumivue does not use analytics, tracking, telemetry, cookies, or any other mechanism to monitor your usage. We operate no servers that receive data from the Application.
Local Storage Only. All user data — including connection credentials, favorites, watch history, EPG data, and settings — is stored exclusively on your local device. This data never leaves your device through the Application.
Network Connections. The only network connections initiated by the Application are those directly between your device and the IPTV service you configure. Lumivue does not act as an intermediary, proxy, or relay for any content.
Third-Party Services. When you connect to an IPTV provider through the Application, your interaction with that provider is governed by their own privacy policy and terms of service. Lumivue has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the privacy practices of any third-party service.
Children's Privacy. Lumivue does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided data through the Application, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Lumivue is an independent media player application. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any IPTV service provider, content distributor, broadcaster, or rights holder.
Lumivue does not provide, recommend, endorse, or facilitate access to any specific media content or IPTV service. The Application is a general-purpose media player that processes user-configured streams.
Users are solely responsible for the content they access, the services they connect to, and for ensuring full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party terms of service in their jurisdiction.
Lumivue makes no representations regarding the legality, quality, or reliability of any third-party IPTV service or the content accessible through such services.
